2009 trip

Bla Sommer - the Danish Jamboree.

That's the plan at the moment. The website still hasnt been updated so you know as much as I do. moment.
I've been in contact with my oppo in Denmark and his group will be our friendship group.
We'll be going as Phoenix Archer ESU. Quite a few people has asked to tag along - Network for example.
Why they want to tag along with us is beyond me, but hey.

This is of course if you all want to go to Denmark. It's a good camp. Very basic - we cook on open fires, make our camp - tables, seats, everything!
The other alternative is Russia. They're celebrating 100 years of Scouting in 2009. I've tried to get information about it but I don't think anything is available yet.
Or we do our own thing.

I like the idea of Denmark, sounds fun

Russia would also be cool,
Don't know if we could maybe manage to go to both?

I've looked at that but they overlap by a few days so we either miss the end of Bla Sommer or miss the start of Russia. Be a good little tour though!!

But the Russia thing has gone quiet. This may have something to do with all the trouble brewing in Russia at the moment or the organisers are just ignoring us!!

Denmark will be fun though. It's a great country and the natives are friendly

Denmark sounds amazing but Russia...wow, that would be different. I'm up for either though
